From Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen

One of the most popular ways to reach Playa del Carmen is by taking the ADO bus directly from Cancun International Airport.

  • Travel time: ± 1 hour

  • Price: ± 200–300 MXN per person

  • Comfort: Air-conditioned, spacious seats, luggage storage

Buses depart regularly from all airport terminals and take you straight to the ADO Bus Station in downtown Playa del Carmen, which is centrally located and close to many hotels and accommodations.

The main ADO Bus Station in Playa del Carmen is located in the center, near 5th Avenue (Quinta Avenida) and the ferry terminal to Cozumel — making it very easy to reach.
